Job Summary
The Project Manager will lead client-facing projects, ensuring timely completion of business initiatives. Responsibilities include managing budgets, scheduling, coordinating teams, and advocating for additional resources when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and feasibility with stakeholders.
- Develop and track project plans via Jira, Confluence, and PMO standards.
- Manage deliverables, milestones, and client alignment.
- Handle project scope, schedule, and cost changes.
- Coordinate internal teams and external consultants.
- Communicate with clients, attend meetings, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Track project performance, manage RAID logs, and escalate concerns.
- Partner with vendors and executives; travel required.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, preferably in Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, or Chemicals.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Life Sciences, IT, Law, etc.).
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
- Project management certifications (PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP) and experience with PLM and compliance software are a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar projects.
